We held our very own mini rat show yesterday to help us decide which of the kittens to keep. I’m keeping fewer of the boys than I planned, and more of the girls. For some reason everyone wants boys this time round. It means that I have to face up to the idea that some of the babies are leaving. It’s a sad time, but happy that they’re going to their forever families. A little like sending my children off to Uni, but I hope with a lower return rate.
